waiting

finally sent my schengen visa application to my agent and it has been eight calendar days since that day. let's just see what happens. lately, i have been having doubts about doing this travel thing to europe and the wyd because of the budget constraints. it seems that i have a lot of expenses through the end of the year, stuff that should precede this travel but have been unexpected nevertheless. i'm beginning to get scared that i might come back really broke and without an income for the next three months (will be taking a leave from work to finish my thesis). but i have also been thinking that if i don't do this now, i am not sure if i'll be able to do it anymore. it just seems that there are a lot of people who have already put in an effort towards this trip, like myself, my friends who gave their time to advice me, my agent and most especially God. i feel that He has been guiding me towards this trip little by little and it seems that if I don't do it, it would just disappoint Him. well, let's just see. after all, the schengen visa isn't with me yet. i'll know if i'm going when i receive it (or don't) soon.

please pray for me. thank you.

  1. aww! go go go ate. i will help you with the planning? which country will you be visiting? kasi you can either but the global pass or the select pass (which are cheaper), what we can do is look for your train scheds... dont worry much on the reservation, some of them are asked but not required especially for local trains...tell me in advance san ka mag pupunta na bansa. para matulungan kitang mahanapan ng hostel.. normally they would cost 10 euros for backpackers. Keep in touch. Sa spain ang WYD diba?

  2. hi! yes, it will be held in madrid. still waiting for my schengen visa though. it will be photo-finish, i'm guessing so i might not be able to make arrangements with a eurail pass, considering that the ticket might not arrive here on time when i'm ready to order it. so it will be a p2p tickets for me. it's kinda cheaper, too! :) will let you know my itinerary soon :)
